Through the AOP Process (Patent Pending) we provide the producing community an alternative method of handling their
water disposal needs. The water management issues confronting the Appalachian Basin now and in the future require prudent
and effective handling of this situation. The continued growth and development of natural gas exploration in the Appalachian
Basin demands new and responsible solutions for the water management. AOP Clearwater has chosen to concentrate its effort
and resources in the area of water recycling.

We understand that multiple solutions will be required now and in the future to handle the issues presented by successful
exploration of gas and oil producing shale fields.
